The JAY Easy wheelchair cushion comes in either a curved base (for use on a seat sling) or a flat base (for use on a solid seat pan or in combination with a solid insert). This option insures that the cushion maintains stability on any of these seating surfaces.
The Jay Easy Visco bears resemblance to the Jay Xtreme and Jay Care. It is designed for individuals who need moderate positioning and postural control, and it is compatible with a range of wheelchairs thanks to its flat and curved base. In addition to guiding the legs into proper alignment, the Jay Easy Visco foam base is intended to help relieve pressure from “hot spot” locations. Along with lateral and medial thigh outlines, it has a sacral notch.
The JAY Easy wheelchair cushion is available with a flat base to be used on a solid seat pan or in conjunction with a solid insert, or with a curved base to be used on a seat sling. Choosing this option guarantees that the cushion will remain stable on any of these types of seats.
A moisture-resistant cover helps control incontinence by preventing moisture accumulation on the foam foundation of the JAY Easy. The cushion remains in place throughout regular use and transfers thanks to its non-slip surface.
