CUSTOM ROLLERS WEIGHTS

You have the option to add weights to your rollers and fine tune the feel,
momentum and resistance to enable you to work on different techniques
(e.g. starts, distance, sprints) and adjust them to suit you personally.
A full set of weights includes 1kg, 2kg and 3kg and
they are very easy to attach by clamping them onto the outer edge
of the two rear rollers.

Can I alter the roll of my trainer?

Yes you can alter the roll, momentum and feel of your Invictus Active Trainer in a number of ways. The most important thing to check first is your tyre pressure as this has a huge impact on the resistance generated, not only on our trainer but day to day pushing too.
