Loopwheels are designed to help you push over uneven streets, cobbles, grass, rough tracks and gravel paths, with less effort.
The composite springs give you extra power to get up or down kerbs and they are more comfortable than standard wheels: they absorb tiring vibration, as well as bumps and shocks. They’re also extremely durable. With quick release axles and two sizes (24″ and 25″), loopwheels fit most active wheelchairs.
We tried out and tested a set of Loopwheels ourselves to see how it helps getting up kerbs – the results were impressive! – see our video below for more.
Loopwheels ran a successful crowdfunding campaign for the first production run of Loopwheels for wheelchairs in March 2015, on the Kickstarter platform. Our first loopwheels for wheelchairs have now been delivered to the people who pledged for them on Kickstarter, and they are now available to buy via ourselves.

The wheels fit most manual wheelchairs. Choose between 24″ and 25″ diameter, and with or without Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres. Loopwheels are no wider than standard wheels.
